About Wrenfield

A new practice. Five years of experience.

A small team based in India doing outsourced bookkeeping, payroll and financial statements for businesses in the UK, US, UAE, Singapore and India.

Our story

Built on work we’ve already done.

Wrenfield Accounting is a new practice — but not a new team to this work. Our founder spent the last five years keeping books, running payroll and preparing statements for businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore and India, working in a chartered accountancy practice and across healthcare, manufacturing and e-commerce businesses.

That work showed the same problems again and again: books months behind, bank balances nobody could explain, payroll done by hand, and tax advisors charging to clean up before they could file. Wrenfield was set up to fix those problems properly, at a fee small businesses can afford.

Two qualified Chartered Accountants work alongside us and review every set of financial statements and every year-end pack. We work inside your own software, in your time zone, and put the scope and fee in writing before we start.

What we don’t do.

Wrenfield is a bookkeeping, payroll and accounting support practice. Knowing where our work stops helps you see exactly who is responsible for what.

  • We don’t audit

    We prepare records for your audit. The audit and opinion come from your independent auditor.

  • We don’t file returns

    Tax, payroll and statutory returns are submitted by you or your registered advisor.

  • We don’t give tax advice

    We keep the books tax-ready; your tax advisor decides how tax is treated.

  • We don’t hold your money

    We prepare payment runs and salary files; you approve and release every payment.
