Questions
Financial Statements: common questions.
What is the difference between an income statement and a balance sheet?
The income statement shows revenue, costs and profit over a period. The balance sheet shows what the business owns and owes at a single date. The cash flow statement links the two by showing how cash actually moved.
Who reviews the financial statements?
Every set of financial statements is reviewed by a qualified Chartered Accountant on our team before it is sent to you.
Can you prepare statements if my books are not up to date?
Yes. We first bring the books up to date and reconcile them, then prepare the statements. The written scope shows both parts separately.
