Questions
Bookkeeping: common questions.
How much does outsourced bookkeeping cost?
Our bookkeeping starts at $199 a month (£149, AED 699, SGD 249 or ₹4,999) for a small business with up to about 100 transactions a month. The final fee depends on volume, number of accounts and any backlog, and is confirmed in a written scope before work begins.
Can you catch up on months or years of old bookkeeping?
Yes. Backlog clean-up is a common starting point. We work oldest period first so each month closes on a correct opening balance, then move you onto a regular monthly close.
Which bookkeeping software do you use?
We work inside your own Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books or Tally file, so your records stay yours. If you don’t have software yet, we’ll help you choose during the discovery call.
