Outsourced Bookkeeping & Payroll for UAE Businesses

Wrenfield Accounting provides outsourced bookkeeping, payroll calculations, financial statements and audit preparation for businesses in the UAE, including free zone companies. We work remotely inside your Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks or Tally file — one and a half hours ahead of the UAE — and keep the records that corporate tax and annual audits depend on.

UAE context

What UAE businesses need from their books.

General information to frame our work, last reviewed October 2026. Your tax advisor confirms what applies to your business.

  • UAE.1

    Corporate tax records

UAE corporate tax applies to financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023, and businesses must keep records that support their returns. We keep the books and supporting schedules in order; your FTA-registered tax agent prepares and files.

  • UAE.2

    WPS payroll

Most private-sector employers pay salaries through the Wage Protection System. We calculate the pay run and prepare the salary data in the format your bank or exchange house needs, along with end-of-service gratuity calculations.

  • UAE.3

    Audited accounts

Many free zone authorities and banks ask for audited financial statements each year. We prepare the statements, schedules and evidence binder; your registered auditor performs the audit.

About our team

Client reviews — coming from our first clients.

Wrenfield is a new practice, so you won’t find borrowed or invented testimonials here. Reviews from our clients will be published on this page word for word, with their permission. Until then, this is what we put in writing:

  • A written scope and fixed fee before any work starts
  • A confidentiality agreement before you share documents, if you want one
  • Statements and year-end packs reviewed by a Chartered Accountant
  • Work done in your own software — your data stays yours

Do you file corporate tax or VAT returns with the FTA?

No. We keep your books and supporting records in order. Returns are prepared and filed by you or your FTA-registered tax agent.

Can you calculate end-of-service gratuity?

Yes. We calculate gratuity as part of payroll for leavers and can maintain a gratuity provision in your books.

Which software do you work in for UAE clients?

Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks Online and Tally. We work inside your own file, so your records stay yours.

How much does bookkeeping cost in the UAE?

Bookkeeping starts from AED 699 a month, payroll from AED 299 a month for up to 10 employees, and year-end financial statements from AED 1,299. The final fee is confirmed in a written scope.
