Outsourced Bookkeeping & Payroll for Singapore Businesses
Wrenfield Accounting provides outsourced bookkeeping, payroll calculations, bank reconciliation and financial statements for Singapore companies. We have worked on Singapore client books before, we work in your Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books file, and we are only two and a half hours behind Singapore time.
Singapore context
What Singapore businesses need from their books.
General information to frame our work, last reviewed October 2026. Your tax advisor confirms what applies to your business.
- SG.1
Record keeping
Singapore companies must keep accounting records that explain their transactions and financial position, generally for at least five years. We keep those records complete, reconciled and in your own software.
- SG.2
CPF and payroll
CPF contributions for Singapore citizens and permanent residents are due by the 14th of the following month, and IR8A employment income forms are due by 1 March. We calculate contributions and prepare the data; you or your agent submit.
- SG.3
Year-end statements
Your annual financial statements feed the ACRA annual return and your corporate tax filing with IRAS. We prepare CA-reviewed statements and schedules from reconciled books for your filing agent.

Experience
We’ve done this work for Singapore businesses before.
Our founder’s five years of hands-on accounting include client work for Singapore businesses, alongside the US, UK, Singapore and India more broadly — in healthcare, manufacturing, e-commerce and a chartered accountancy practice.
About our teamClient reviews — coming from our first clients.
Wrenfield is a new practice, so you won’t find borrowed or invented testimonials here. Reviews from our clients will be published on this page word for word, with their permission. Until then, this is what we put in writing:
- A written scope and fixed fee before any work starts
- A confidentiality agreement before you share documents, if you want one
- Statements and year-end packs reviewed by a Chartered Accountant
- Work done in your own software — your data stays yours
