Outsourced Bookkeeping for CPA & Accounting Firms

White-label bookkeeping, month-end close and tax-season clean-ups for US CPA firms and UK accountancy practices. We work in your clients’ QuickBooks Online and Xero files, to your checklists and under your firm’s name — so you can take on more clients without hiring.

What we take off your desk

The work that keeps your seniors from reviewing.

Most firms don’t run short of clients — they run short of hours. We handle the preparation so your team can review, advise and file.

  • FIRM.1

    Monthly close & reconciliations

Bank, card, loan and payment-platform reconciliations, coded to your chart of accounts and closed on your calendar.

  • FIRM.2

    Catch-up & clean-up

Behind-on-books clients brought current before tax season, oldest month first, with every adjustment documented.

  • FIRM.3

    Year-end workpapers

Trial balance, fixed asset and accrual schedules, 1099 vendor data and an open-items list your reviewer can sign off from.

  • FIRM.4

    Payroll calculations

Pay runs, payroll journals and filing-ready reports, prepared for your team or your payroll provider to file.

  • FIRM.5

    E-commerce clients

Stripe, PayPal, Shopify and Amazon payouts reconciled to sales, fees and refunds — the work that eats senior hours.

  • FIRM.6

    Review-ready files

Every engagement follows your checklist and review notes, so your seniors review rather than redo.

How it works

Start small. Scale when you trust the work.

No long contract to begin. A pilot on real client files shows you exactly what working with us looks like.

  • STEP.1

    Pilot with 1–3 clients

A one-month trial on real files. You judge the quality before committing more work.

  • STEP.2

    Your standards, written down

We adopt your checklists, chart-of-accounts rules and review notes, and keep a running procedures file per client.

  • STEP.3

    Secure access

Accountant logins with least-privilege permissions, an NDA before any data, and no client contact unless you ask.

  • STEP.4

    Predictable cadence

A shared status sheet, an agreed close calendar and a single point of contact for your team.

Confidentiality

Your clients stay your clients.

How we protect your firm’s client data and relationships.

  • SEC.1

    NDA before data

We sign your confidentiality agreement before any client file is shared.

  • SEC.2

    Least-privilege access

We work inside your clients’ software under logins you control and can revoke.

  • SEC.3

    White-label by default

Deliverables go to your team under your firm’s name. Your clients stay your clients.

Firm questions

Working with us as your back office.

Do you contact our clients directly?

Only if you want us to. By default we work white-label: we never contact your clients, and everything we deliver goes to your team under your firm’s name.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. Most firms start with one to three clients for a month. You review our work against your standards before deciding to send more.

How do you access client files?

Through an accountant or user login you create in QuickBooks Online or Xero, with only the permissions the work needs. You can revoke it at any time.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes — before you share any client data. Our engagement letter also sets out how files are stored, returned and deleted when work ends.

Do you prepare or file tax returns?

No. We prepare reconciled books, workpapers and year-end schedules; your firm prepares, reviews and files the returns.

How do you handle US and UK time zones?

We work while you sleep. Work sent at the end of a US day is usually back by the next morning, and we keep two to three hours of overlap for calls with UK practices.
